Choose the Model that Meets Your Needs
The VXS3F and VXS3FT are designed to deliver the same outstanding performance in different installed settings*. The VXS3F is ideal for smaller installations such as retail stores where just a few speakers will be used to cover the service area. Wide dispersion allows effective coverage with a minimum number of speakers. The VXS3FT is preferred when a large number of speakers will be required to cover an expansive or complex area. Connection taps allow volume (output watts) to be adjusted after installation for added flexibility. * The VXS3F and VXS3FT feature the same enclosure, but are supplied with different mounting brackets.

Commercial installation products, the VS Series offers a perfect blend of aesthetic simplicity and functional sophistication. Ideal for background music or as part of a PA system for announcements, the VS Series speakers deliver high quality sound with exceptional clarity in a wide variety of settings both indoor and outdoor. What's more, their smart, compact construction is easily adaptable to virtually any environment, and particularly well suited to locations where interior design is a consideration. Whether in a retail store, bar, restaurant, cafe, meeting room, house of worship; or even assuming an ancillary role for theaters or stadiums, Yamaha VS Series speakers are the obvious choice. Scheduled for release in early fall, 2011.

The VS Series offers two models: the VS6 and VS4. The VS6 comes with a 6.5" woofer to handle the bottom end, while the VS4 houses a 4" woofer. Both models feature a 1" balanced dome tweeter for superb clarity at higher frequencies. With waterproof enclosures and transducers, the VS Series meets the industry standard IEC60529 IPX3 rating requirements, lending peace of mind to outdoor usage. Adding still more versatility, internally mounted transformers allow the VS Series speakers to operate in 70V or 100V distributed sound systems. Both models are available in black or white and may be installed horizontally or vertically using an enclosed dedicated, color-matched steel U-bracket.
