BOSS AD-2 Acoustic Preamp

Price List Rp.1.830.000
BOSS AD-2 Acoustic Preamp
Natural Acoustic Sound Everywhere You Play
With the AD-2 Acoustic Preamp, acoustic-electric guitarists can now experience natural, studio-quality sound while performing on any stage. Equipped with an advanced BOSS sound engine, this compact pedal packs sophisticated processing power that belies its small size and simple, intuitive interface. Acoustic Resonance reproduces the complex resonance characteristics of your unplugged tone, while Ambience provides pro-level reverberation perfectly optimized for acoustic guitar. The AD-2 also features essential stage tools such as a notch filter for feedback control, a balanced DI out for direct connection to a PA, and a convenient mute function for tuning and switching guitars.
  • Acoustic-electric guitar preamp with advanced BOSS sound processing
  • Sophisticated under-the-hood processing with multiple interlocked parameters, accessible with simple stompbox controls
  • Acoustic Resonance reproduces the complex resonance characteristics of an unplugged acoustic
  • Ambience knob provides wide-ranging, studio-quality reverb optimized for acoustic guitar
  • Notch filter for instant feedback reduction
  • Normal output for an acoustic guitar amp and balanced DI output for direct PA connection
  • Sound mute function for switching guitars and tuning on stage

Bring Your Acoustic’s Natural Sound to the Stage
The tone of an acoustic guitar is created by the complex interaction of sounds from its body, top, strings, and other elements. And as you play with varying techniques, dynamics, and more, this interaction constantly evolves to create the rich, woody sound we love. Unfortunately, the standard undersaddle piezo pickups installed on most stage guitars simply can’t reproduce this resonant complexity. The AD-2’s Acoustic Resonance effect solves this issue by analyzing the input signal as you play, and then employing advanced processing to beautifully recreate your guitar’s naturally evolving tone. Twisting the one-knob control adjusts multiple parameters inside the AD-2 to achieve the perfect tonal balance for any style, from delicate fingerpicking to intense strumming.

Enhance Your Guitar with Pro-Quality Reverb

After using Acoustic Resonance to bring back your guitar’s natural, intimate tone, adding some further depth and dimension with a little reverb makes it that much better. With the AD-2’s Ambience effect, you can dial in studio-quality reverb for any performing environment. Unlike standard reverbs that can cloud an acoustic guitar’s sound, the optimized BOSS algorithms in the AD-2 produce lush, deep ambience that perfectly complements your instrument’s voice. Like the Acoustic Resonance effect, a simple one-knob control tweaks many interlocked parameters under the hood, giving you access to a wide range of detailed reverb sounds.

DI Output and Feedback Killer
The AD-2 features two independent outputs for performance flexibility. Connect the Output jack to your acoustic guitar amp or stage monitor, and use the Line Out to send a balanced signal direct to the PA mixer. It’s even possible to turn off the Ambience effect in the Line Out signal, giving the PA engineer the flexibility to add their own reverb at the board. And if you encounter any low-frequency feedback issues on stage, the AD-2’s notch filter has you covered. As soon as you hear that familiar rumble, just turn the Notch knob until it goes away. It’s that easy!

Access Expressive New Sounds via a Standard 1/4-Inch Input
With the SY-300, tapping into BOSS’ legendary guitar synth technology has never been easier. While our other synth products require a special GK pickup and 13-pin cable to access synth voices, the SY-300 can be used with any guitar via a standard 1/4-inch cable. Powered by ultra-fast DSP and newly developed innovations from the BOSS engineering team, the SY-300 performs its amazing synth magic in real time, with no lag whatsoever. This delivers a latency-free playing experience that’s a natural extension of your normal guitar, letting you to play freely and organically without altering your technique in any way.

A True Analog-Style Synth for Guitar
The SY-300 features a powerful polyphonic synthesis engine with three separate sections, bringing a limitless range of fresh tones to your arsenal. Just like a keyboard player with a classic analog synth, you have complete creative freedom to build sounds with a full palette of synthesis parameters—select different wave shapes, tweak them with filter, amp, and pitch controls, modulate them with LFOs, and layer oscillators for rich, complex tones. There’s even a step sequencer (with tap tempo control) for creating dynamic melodies and arpeggios simply by playing a single note on your guitar! And with the cool Blender function, you can instantly mix and match synth settings from other patches to discover inspiring new sounds with no heavy lifting at all.

Shape Your Normal Guitar Sound with Synth Parameters
Beyond its amazing synth voices, the SY-300’s synth engine can be used to process your normal guitar sound in many compelling ways. Apply filtering to alter the basic tonality, and use the amplifier parameters to alter the attack and decay characteristics. After that, add some sweeping movement to the sound with the LFO section. With these powerful controls, you’re able to extend your regular axe with an endless supply of unique creative textures, from subtle to otherworldly.

Maximize Tones with High-Impact Effects
Effects play a huge role in synthesizer sound design, and the SY-300 is filled with options to take your tones into the stratosphere. Four simultaneous effects engines are available, each packing a number of effects types including overdrives and distortions, Slow Gear, Isolator, Slicer, and many others. Some types can even perform two effects at once, such as chorus and delay or delay and reverb. Use the effects to process synth sounds, your straight guitar sound, or both at once—it’s up to you.

Powerful Control Options and Versatile Connectivity
Controlling the SY-300 while performing is simple. Using the four built-in footswitches, you can bypass the synth sound, scroll through patches, and control three different parameters of your choosing per patch. Two external footswitches or an expression pedal can also be connected for even more real-time control if needed. The Thru output lets you to send your dry guitar sound directly to your pedals or amp, or it can be used along with the Return jack as an effects loop. Dual output pairs (Main and Sub) offer assignable signal routing options to integrate with any setup, while MIDI In and Out/Thru jacks are provided for interfacing with switchers, drum machines, and other MIDI gear.

USB Interface for Computers
The SY-300 is equipped a USB audio interface to capture audio tracks directly into music production software on your computer. You can record the SY-300’s synth and effects sounds, or just monitor them while recording a dry signal. Then, feed that signal back into the SY-300 to “re-synth” the sound and create the perfect tone for your mix. You can feed other tracks from your DAW into the SY-300 as well, processing them with the synth engine and effects to create cool new sounds for your productions. The SY-300’s USB connection also allows you to build and organize patches with the dedicated BOSS Tone Studio editor and download new patches from the BOSS Tone Central website.

Sing

Just plug your mic into the XLR input and dial up some nice ambience, add clarity and control with the Enhance feature, and more. You can even call up hard-tuned electronic voice sounds, distortion, and radio voice tones to bring some modern edge to your acoustic performances.

Play
With the VE-8’s dedicated guitar channel, your acoustic axe will sound just as great as your vocals. Acoustic Resonance magically restores your natural guitar sound, eliminating the sterile piezo “quack” that plagues typical undersaddle pickups used in plugged-in acoustics. Reverb and chorus are on hand too, plus cool BOSS effects like Octave, Mod Delay, and more. There’s a built-in tuner as well, a must-have tool for stage performing. And with the phase switch and notch filter, you have fingertip access for killing any feedback issues the instant they arise.

Harmonize
In a solo performance, the ability to create natural vocal harmonies turns heads and elevates your tunes to new sonic levels. Using the VE-8, creating these harmonies live has never been easier. The automatic harmony function detects the chords and key you play with your guitar, and then generates the correct harmony as you sing. Hybrid and fixed harmony modes are available too, giving you all types of versatility for different performing and recording situations. There’s also a nice vocal doubling effect, a useful feature for adding fullness and presence to your voice as needed.

Loop
The specially designed looper in the VE-8 sounds great and is ready to support your performance whenever you need it. Just use the dedicated footswitch to lay down a percussive rhythm, chord progression, vocal counterpoint, or whatever you like. You can easily select your guitar, voice, or both for looping via panel buttons or an optional footswitch.

Connect
The VE-8’s rear panel has a guitar input and XLR mic input with switchable phantom power, plus an Aux input to connect a smartphone or other device for backing music. Stereo XLR balanced outputs provide a direct feed to the house PA, while stereo 1/4-inch outputs let you send a separate signal to stage monitors or an acoustic amp. Both the vocal and guitar channels feature a three-band EQ and low-cut filter for shaping the tone to suit the venue, and it’s even possible to send the two channels to separate outputs for external mixing flexibility. And via USB, you can use the VE-8 as a direct recording interface with your favorite DAW software.

Control
With the VE-8’s grab-and-go panel controls, it’s simple to dial in sounds and settings as you play. After creating a setup you like for a particular song, just save it in one of 50 memory locations for instant recall while performing. The VE-8’s three built-in footswitches control a variety of live functions, and one or more optional footswitches can be connected for further control if needed.

BOSS ME-25 Guitar Multiple Effects
Powerhouse FX with Stompbox Simplicity
The affordable new ME-25 is packed with powerful BOSS features to make you sound like a pro, yet it’s as fun and easy to use as a stompbox. The built-in SOUND LIBRARY gives you instant access to dozens of classic and modern effects. Simply choose a category, select a variation, and play. Customize your sound with simple twists of the Drive, Tone, and Volume knobs. Instant Access
The sleek, black and white design of the ME-25 makes each button, knob, and pedal easy to see and access. Three footswitches, an Expression pedal, four knobs, nine backlit buttons, and enlarged LED panel provide an uncluttered control panel that’s great for any environment — even on dark stages.

COSM® Modeling
Its price might imply “entry level” but the COSM-driven ME-25 is nothing but first class. Exquisite amp models derived from the deluxe ME-70 cover a wide stylistic landscape, from classic to contemporary. The new ULTRA METAL offers screaming hi-gain distortion for all kinds of metal music. Included in the tone palette is SUPER STACK, which, with one press of the dedicated button, makes a small practice amp sound like a monster stack.

Customizable SOUND LIBRARY
Dozens of ready-to-use presets are built into the ME-25’s onboard SOUND LIBRARY, all quickly selectable by category, but you can easily customize the sounds with the dedicated front-panel knobs. Free downloadable Librarian software also lets you edit and save your sounds easily and conveniently onscreen.

USB Connect
Connect the ME-25 directly to a PC with a USB cable and you have a personal recording studio at your fingertips. The ME-25 can function as a USB audio interface, which creates a convenient, consolidated studio setup with Cakewalk SONAR 8.5 LE software (included). With this setup, you can stream audio back and forth between the ME-25 and PC directly via USB.
