The Fiberskyn® 3 Powerstroke® 3 is available in two weights, 7.5-mil Diplomat® and 10-mil Ambassador®, made from poly-spun single-ply Mylar® film. The Fiberskyn® 3 Diplomat® Powerstroke® 3 features a thin underlay at the outer edge of the head to subtly dampen high frequency overtones creating subtle mid and low end for snares, tom-toms and bass drums
